Thinking About Retiring?

Choosing when to retire is a major life decision. Fortunately, Ingredion provides tools to help make the decision easier.

Getting a Pension Estimate

Pension Estimates may be requested for employees that are not yet ready for retirement. These estimates are meant to provide employees with sample payment options if they were to retire at a later projected date, and may provide useful information for financial planning. Completing a Pension Estimate will not initiate the Pension Distribution process.

Estimates may only be requested once per calendar year by employees age 50 and older. For those employees under the age of 50, please rely on your annual Cash Balance statement and/or frozen pension plan statement(s).

1. Complete the Pension Benefit Estimate Request Form and submit the completed form to:

  • Salaried & Union (Terminated) Employees: benefits@ingredion.com
  • Union (Active) Employees: Please send completed form to your local Human Resources Department

2. Estimate will be provided in approximately eight (8) weeks.

Pension Distributions

Pension Distributions may be requested by employees that are ready to retire within the next six (6) months (180 days). Pension Benefit Commencement Request Forms cannot be submitted earlier than six (6) months (180 days) prior to the benefit commencement date.
