​2019 Benefits Open Enrollment

Annual enrollment for benefits will run from November 2 through November 16.  We encourage all employees to approach enrollment as an opportunity to evaluate and select the benefits that best fit your personal health and financial needs.  
The online Open Enrollment process is completed via Businessolver, our new benefits administration system.  The link to Businessolver is or click the Businessolver icon on your desktop.  Need help?  The benefits service center is ready to assist and can be reached at 866-390-5537 from 7am to 7pm CST. 
Key Information:
  • Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your medical, dental, vision and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) elections without a family status change event (marriage, child birth, etc.)
  • Your elections for 2018 will carry over to 2019 (with the exception of FSA) but we strongly encourage employees to log in to review your current elections and beneficiaries.
  • If you were in the Healthcare and/or Dependent Care FSA for 2018, you will need to re-enroll online for the 2019 calendar year to continue your participation.
  • Are you enrolled in the medical plan and have a change in tobacco use or spouse's work status?  Update your answers to the tobacco use and spousal questions in Businessolver to make sure any premium differentials are being charged correctly.
